We’re seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our mobile wound care team across Alabama.
You’ll provide direct patient care while traveling between facilities and homes to perform wound evaluations, treatments, and skin grafting procedures using the latest techniques and materials.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ locations to provide on-site wound care and follow-up
• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and document care in the EHR system
• Apply and monitor skin graft treatments (training provided)
• Communicate with referring providers and coordinate patient care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management
• Maintain a professional and compassionate bedside manner at all times

Qualifications

• Active Alabama NP license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (home health or wound care a plus)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Open to learning and applying new wound and skin grafting techniques
