We’re a locally owned family practice and urgent care clinic in Dripping Springs, and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values genuine relationships, teamwork, and community care.

This is a true hybrid role:

• See your own panel of family medicine patients and build long-term relationships.

• Jump into the fast-paced side of urgent care when things get busy — helping with same-day visits, injuries, and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Texas-licensed NP or PA

• 2+ years of experience in family or urgent care (preferred)

• Solid clinical judgment and great communication skills

• A team player who loves connecting with patients and coworkers alike

• Familiarity with Athena EMR a plus (but we’ll train you!)

Details:

• Schedule: ~5 shifts per week (mix of family practice and urgent care, with occasional Saturday)

• Location: Dripping Springs, TX
