• Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday; no weekends or on-call
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Hybrid Model: 3-4 days in-home patient visits, 1-2 days remote (admin, charting, telehealth)
• Estimated Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year (DOE)
• Patient Volume: Typically 4-5 patients/day (rarely up to 8)
• Visit Duration: New patient visits ~90 minutes; follow-ups 30-60 minutes
• Technology: AI-powered scheduling for optimized routes

Qualifications for NP/PA Healthcare Jobs

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Experience in home health, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
• Not suitable for urgent care, hospitalist, surgical, or pediatric backgrounds
• Ability to travel within Tucson and surrounding Arizona areas
• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona
• Strong skills in care plan management and chronic disease education

• Participate in POD rounding to discuss high-risk patients and care updates
