Our Continuum Includes Ambulatory Medication Management; Individual, Family, And Group Therapy; Mobile Crisis Services; And Community Crisis Stabilization (short-term Stabilization Unit).Why Join The Lawrence CBHC

What You’ll Do (Full-Time PMHNP):

  • Provide urgent and scheduled access to mental-health and substance-use services.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans, including medication management.
  • Deliver team-based, continuum-of-care coordination across ambulatory, crisis, and stabilization programs.
  • Offer screening and access to MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder).

Schedule

  • CBHC hours: Mon–Fri 8a–8p; Sat–Sun 9a–5p
  • Must be available to cover until 8p two days per week
  • May provide daytime and some weekend coverage for Community Crisis Stabilization

Qualifications

  • Current MA Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
  • Current DEA and MA Controlled Substance registrations
  • Active PMHNP board certification
  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred

Pay Range

$145,600.00 USD - $185,120.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
