Our client, a conservative, ultra-high-net-worth family based in Ocala, Florida, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to serve as a dedicated, full-time member of their personal care team. What You’ll Do: Act as the family's primary clinical advisor and healthcare liaison Accompany the family—especially the matriarch—to medical appointments, including out-of-state travel via private transportation Provide in-home care as needed, including wellness checks, medication management, and minor procedures Support a broad range of care needs, including for extended family and company executives Coordinate care and communication between physicians, specialists, and facilities Monitor ongoing health and wellness needs; assist with preventive planning Be on-call for urgent or time-sensitive medical concerns Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

What You Bring: Active and unrestricted Florida Family Nurse Practitioner license National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical or private healthcare settings Ability and willingness to travel, occasionally on short notice Strong clinical judgment and autonomy in high-trust environments Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication skills, and discretion Alignment with traditional, conservative values and professional boundaries
