Hillside Medical Group is a patient-focused, collaborative primary care and behavioral health clinic dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care. We are expanding our mental health services and seeking a passionate, skilled, and team-oriented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.

We are looking for a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Texas to provide high-quality psychiatric care for adult patients (18+). This role involves managing controlled Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD cases with a balanced patient load and full clinical support.

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and care planning
• Average 20 patients per day
• Manage primarily Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD patient population
• Collaborate closely with medical leadership, support staff, and care teams
• Ensure documentation and compliance with clinical standards
  

✅ Psychiatric Board Certification required

✅ Active Texas NP license

✅ Experience with adult psychiatric population preferred

✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✅ Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Guaranteed Salary: $100,000

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
