Nurse Practitioner (Remote in CA)

This position is full-time

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who lives in CA with a CA license to provide medical chart review for chronic care patients. The is a fully remote role with no patient engagement. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients.

Compensation and Benefits for Nurse Practitioner

· Salary - 120K - 160K

· 3 weeks PTO and 401K

· Health insurance covered by the employer.

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner

· Review electronic medical records of patients with chronic illness

· Provide suggestions on chronic care management plans

· Participate in discussions with team members documentation and treatment plans

Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner

· Current Nurse Practitioner licensure / Master’s in nursing

· Proficiency in medical record review

· California State Nurse Practitioner licensure
