What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and behavioral health support to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Partner with facility care teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent follow-up and continuity of care that enhances residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Active PMHNP license in Washington with the ability to practice and bill independently
• Current Washington DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
