A patient-focused team of 30+ APPs seeks a BE/BC NP or PA to provide care across Skilled Nursing Facilities in Eugene, OR.

This role offers independence, flexibility, and long-term stability, with many APPs staying for over a decade—a reflection of the supportive environment, strong patient relationships, and competitive package this group offers.

Opportunity Outline:

Flexible Rounding Schedule – no nights, weekends, or call.

Collaborative Team Environment – 30+ experienced APPs.

Base Compensation Range: $125,000-$165,000.

Monthly Bonus Potential: $300–$6,000.
