Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking a part-time (0.6), experienced NNP to join our care team.  This collaborative team includes a consulting neonatologist, in-house pediatricians and NNPs that provide 24-hour care in our 17 bed Level 2 special care nursery. We have a large hospital-based OB/GYN practice including a perinatologist and nurse midwife service.  Typically, 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options available. Potential leadership opportunity available.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity.  After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.  Compensation range: $218,129.60 – 330,345.60 for 1.0FTE
