We’re seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to lead and support our inpatient Palliative Care Program as an Associate Clinical Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care and compassionate support to patients and families facing serious illness.
• Supervise and mentor a team of APPs, managing scheduling, payroll, and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to enhance operations, quality, and team wellness.
• Participate in daily rounds and guide crucial conversations around goals of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical experience in palliative care or related fields.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
