Lewiston, Maine: A growing community health center seeks a full time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice in Maine’s second largest city, just 40 MINUTES FROM PORTLAND. This respected health center delivers comprehensive primary care through an integrated model that includes behavioral health providers, care managers, substance use support, cultural brokers, interpreters, and a strong nursing and administrative team. You will have a convenient 4 day/week schedule (40 hours) with an interesting clinical scope that includes conditions not commonly seen elsewhere in New England. You will care for some complex patients, and others who may be accessing medical care for the first time.
