We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing advanced wound care team serving patients throughout Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas. This position is ideally full-time but open to part-time candidates who share a passion for patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality wound care treatment in patient homes and other clinical settings
• Assist patients with procedures and examinations
• Conduct patient interviews to gather medical history and symptom details
• Administer and monitor wound care treatments
• Assess and document vital signs and wound healing progress using evidence-based protocols
• Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patients’ homes within the Green Bay area
• Experience in wound care preferred; comfort with procedures such as debridement required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while following established treatment protocols
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a caring and professional demeanor

Preferred Skills

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) credential
• 3–5 years of independent NP home care or wound care experience
