Description

• This role requires a Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Family or Adult Medicine to provide comprehensive care in a primary care setting.
• The position is full-time, located in New York, NY, with a standard weekday schedule and one late evening.
• Candidates should be experienced in using electronic health records and providing both acute and chronic care management.
  
  

Requirements

• Current New York State licensure and registration as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in Primary Care and management of HIV/AIDS
• Experience in harm reduction and Buprenorphine treatment
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Current DEA registration
• Current CPR certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified in Family or Adult Medicine
• Demonstrated expertise in HIV/AIDS medicine
• Visual and auditory acuity for patient interaction and medical procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Maintains CMEs/CEUs required for licensure
• Current Infection Control certification
