Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15237)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $52–$57/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our healthcare team in the 15237 area. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented provider who is passionate about functional and integrative medicine, advanced diagnostics, and personalized patient care.

The CRNP will play a key role in reviewing bloodwork and GI testing, managing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), supporting IV therapy services, and ensuring exceptional patient communication through our EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive bloodwork reviews to assess patient health status and identify potential issues
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on diagnostics and patient assessments
• Review and interpret GI testing results to guide clinical decisions
• Manage and oversee BHRT treatments, including patient education and follow-up
• Perform IV therapy procedures as needed, particularly while expanding BHRT services
• Supervise IV therapy practices to ensure safety and adherence to protocols
• Order, prescribe, and distribute medications in accordance with state regulations
• Communicate with patients through the EHR portal to address concerns and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care
• Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and interactions in medical records
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle changes
• Stay current on advancements in bloodwork analysis, GI health, hormone therapy, and IV therapy

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CRNP License
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic interpretation skills
• Excellent communication skills and patient-facing professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Experience with IV therapy or functional medicine settings
