Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Tucson, AZ

Healthcare Support is seeing a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to a growing Advanced Primary Care practice in Tucson, AZ, backed by a well-established healthcare organization known for its strong reputation and long-term stability. With expansion underway, it offers excellent career growth while emphasizing quality over quantity, allowing clinicians to build meaningful patient relationships through extended visit times, a lower daily census (5–16 patients/day),1:1 MA coverage and an on-site Behavioral Health Specialist.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• No weekends & no evenings
  
  

Pay:

• $140,000 annually (DOE)
• $500 Wellness Benefit
  
  

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient services including referrals, care coordination, and follow-ups
• Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with physicians and leaders
• Provide compassionate, quality care with extended visit times (30 min follow-ups, 1 hr new patients)
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of Arizona
