• Types of cases are strictly Adult Primary Care.
• Conduct histories, physical examinations, and prescribe medications.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Patient ages are strictly adult.

• Requirements
• Must have an active Georgia State Nurse Practitioner Licensure.
• Must be Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner or PA
• BLS and DEA certifications are necessary.

• Credentialing Requirements
