ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Medical Center-Berlin.

Position Details:

Part-time: 0.5TE

Locations: ThedaCare Medical Center-Berlin

Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross-training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients, including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
