ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Chowan Hospital in Edenton, North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their regional ECU Health Cancer Care Hematology Oncology practice. Applicants with 2 years of oncology experience are preferred.

ECU Health Cancer Care is the largest provider of oncology services in Eastern North Carolina.

100% outpatient clinical care

Established regional oncology practice which includes an infusion suite with 12 infusion spaces, 2 patient exam rooms, a team of experienced nurses and 1 nurse navigators

Monday-Friday schedule 8am– 4:30pm-No Call

Clinical responsibilities will include seeing patients in the clinical ambulatory setting for follow-ups, survivorship visits, symptom management, medication refills and chemotherapy oversight

Provider will be supported with both regional and telemedicine oncology oversight

Participation in tumor board conferences

Part of our nine-hospital cancer care network that includes a four-hospital ACoS-CoC Integrated Network Cancer Program, an ACoS-CoC Community Cancer Program, and two NAPBC accredited breast centers

Support from the ECU Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC which includes medical, radiation and surgical oncology experts
