Physician & Clinician - NP/PA

Job Details:
• Float position between multiple locations including Hermantown Clinic, Lakewalk Clinic, Lakeside Clinic, Proctor Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, Main Urgent Care, West Duluth Urgent Care and Hermantown Urgent Care • Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Patient load: Approximately 16-20 patients per day • Work alongside a collaborative team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, Nurses, Clinical Assistants, and Integrated Behavioral Health professionals • Maintain patient-centered care and contribute to a culture of staff resilience • For NPs: Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program • For PAs: Requires Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Current Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required • National certification in applicable area required (Family NP or PA certification) • Current CPR certification required • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice
