This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serves as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations in the community. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR system and operates with extended hours to ensure accessibility for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay or citizenship status.

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) • Work as part of a dedicated care team in a patient-centered medical home • Manage your own patient panel in a family medicine setting • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant available to assist with translation and patient care • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala • Work with underserved patient populations in a community health setting • Required qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners, or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program for PAs • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18

Compensation:
