Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours weekly: 34 clinical hours and 6 admin hours) • Virtual Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients throughout the Yakima Valley • Working with a predominantly geriatric population • Serving a largely migrant and Latino community • Team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to manage your own patient panel • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Epic EMR system • Requires Master's or Doctoral Degree (Nurse Practitioner) or Master's/Bachelor's Degree with two-year Physician Assistant training • Relocation offered • Primary Care HPSA Score: 18 • Opportunity for 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Compensation:
