Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Senior Primary Care (Outpatient)

Location: Lakewood/Denver, CO 80214

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or call)

Salary: $130,000–$170,000/year (DOE)

Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new senior-focused outpatient clinic in the Lakewood neighborhood of Denver, CO. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours, small patient panels, and 45-minute appointments that prioritize patient relationships and provider satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 65+
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
• Manage non-complex acute and chronic conditions
• Focus on prevention, wellness, and reducing ER visits
• Utilize modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) – training provided

Must Have:

• Active or in-process Colorado FNP license
• 2–3+ years' NP experience
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care
• Background in geriatrics, family, or internal medicine
• BLS or ACLS certification
