New private practice seeking Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in an integrated care model setting and emphasizing in-person visits with occasional telehealth follow-ups. The owner is an FNP with more than 28 years of healthcare experience. Positions are 1099 contracts, flexible schedules, and providers will need to work independently. FNP will be expected to work at least 3 days a week in office setting, including Tuesdays and Thursdays. Will consider less experienced NPs if they have significant prior nursing experience. DEA/CDS will be required, as well as your own malpractice insurance. Also seeking an NP interested in doing DOT/occupational health physicals.
