Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Carle Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Office-based position
• Schedule will be Mon-Fri 8A – 5P
• Work closely with two BC Orthopedic Sports Medicine surgeons
• Dedicated clinic time at new, 52,000 square foot Orthopedics/Sports Medicine Building
• Our collegial Orthopedics Division is comprised of 3 fellowship trained Ortho Trauma surgeons, 4 fellowship-trained Hand Surgeons, 3 fellowship trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine surgeons, a general Orthopedic Surgeon, 3 Primary Care Sports Physicians, and 5 surgical and office-based Podiatrists

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nursing

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
