Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Urgent Care

Locations Hiring: Downtown LA • Montebello (New in December!) • Manhattan Beach • Redondo Beach

Schedule: Part-Time (1–2 shifts/week) or Full-Time (3 shifts/week)

Shift Times: 9am–9pm (12 hr shifts) + Weekend 6-hr shifts available

About the Role

We’re growing rapidly and seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners who thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Our clinics are known as the “Apple of Urgent Care”—modern, team-driven, and committed to exceptional patient care.

As an NP, you’ll practice with strong clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with Emergency Medicine Physicians. If you enjoy meaningful patient interaction, a supportive team, and predictable monthly schedules, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Perform physical exams, triage, and preventive health assessments
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Develop patient care plans and collaborate with physicians as needed
• Prescribe treatments and manage acute complaints
• Run codes confidently (BLS, ACLS, PALS required)
• Provide patient education, follow-up, and exceptional bedside care
• Assist with procedures, medication administration, and EMR documentation (Experity)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinic environment
• Support patient flow and team communication

What We Offer

• $95/hr effective rate (base + penalty pay)
• 2 weeks PTO, predictable monthly schedules
• Must work 1 weekend shift per week

Requirements

• 1+ year of Urgent Care or higher acuity experience
• CA RN + NP License
• NP Furnishing Number
• DEA with CA address
• Board Certification: AANPCB or ANCC
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Ability to work at least 1 weekend shift
• Comfortable floating up to 20 miles to support neighboring clinics
