Position Overview:

NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established dermatology clinic in Sterling, Illinois. The ideal provider will have experience in managing high-acuity pulmonary and dermatology patients in a clinic setting and will work closely with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management: Manage dermatology and pulmonary patients, including those with chronic conditions and complex cases.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with dermatologists, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Clinical Procedures: Assist with dermatological procedures and pulmonary treatments as necessary.

Patient Education: Educate patients on skin care, respiratory health, lifestyle modifications, and long-term management of their conditions.

Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Team Support: Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to provide excellent patient care.

Position Requirements:

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology, pulmonary care, or managing high-acuity patients in an outpatient clinic.

Comfortable managing chronic pulmonary and dermatological conditions in an outpatient setting.

Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers.

Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Rate: $90–$100 per hour (DOE)
