Requirements

• Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in NJ.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• 2 years of experience with complex adult populations.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel.
• Proficiency with general technology tools and applications.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• ANCC or equivalent certification in Adult, Family, Geriatric, or Acute care.
• Experience in high-volume patient rounding.
