• Level III NICU Excellence: 14-bed unit with an average daily census of 8–10 and approximately 2,000 annual deliveries.
• High-Acuity Care: Provide specialized care for babies born earlier than 28 weeks and weighing less than 1,000 grams.
• Collaborative Support: Work alongside MFM specialists and OB hospitalists, with 24/7 NNP coverage.

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
