Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become part of our nationally recognized neonatology team—ranked #26 nationally in the neonatology specialty by U.S. News & World Report.

• High-Volume, High-Acuity Experience: Care for 1,900 babies annually in a state-of-the-art, 142-bed NICU with Level II, III, and IV units in the same tower, among the largest and most advanced in the country.
• Collaborative, Expert Team: Work alongside 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs in a practice recognized for leadership and excellence.
• Cutting-Edge Care: Exposure to complex cases through Winnie Palmer’s Fetal Care Center, including EXIT procedures and a dedicated Women’s ICU.
• Comprehensive Support: RN/RT teams assist with delivery room coverage, transports, and PICC line management.
• Professional Growth: Access advanced training in POCUS and Neonatal Hemodynamics, plus academic opportunities at this Neonatal Fellowship site.
