CareATC: Patient-Centered Care in a Health Center Setting

Are you an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner seeking a unique opportunity to provide exceptional, patient-centered care without the burdens of traditional healthcare? CareATC is looking for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in West Siloam Springs, OK 74338.

You'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create a true patient-centered medical home.

  • Shift details:
  • Hours Onsite Work Time: Patient scheduled hours
    • 8 full hours of patient care
      • 08:30am - 5:00pm (shift includes a 30 min lunch)
    • 2 hours admin time- remote work is permitted for this time
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Provide primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting for patients ages 2 and up.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.
  • Conduct virtual care sessions when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the clinic staff to provide high-quality care.
  • Commit to promoting health, disease management, and prevention.
  • Maintain a current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Hold a valid DEA license for prescribing and dispensing.
  • Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
