Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) - Spanish Speaking

Location: Bayshore, NY

Hours: 4/10 hour shifts - RDO Thursday

In This Role, You Will

  • Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and imaging.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs (training provided if needed).
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure expectations and ongoing care plans.
  • Become proficient in office-based procedures such as trigger point injections, intrathecal pump refills, Botox, and joint injections.
  • Triage patients appropriately and assist with provider inbox management, phone calls, and clinical messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management through weekly educational sessions, webinars, conferences, and CME activities.
  • Maintain flexibility to see patients across as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current NP or PA state licensure and registration in the practicing state.
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Prior NP/PA experience preferred.
  • Background in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or spine care strongly preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused approach to care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $160,000 annually, based on experience.
