Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care | Penn Medicine University City

Location: University City, Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Days, 8 AM – 5 PM | Hybrid (60% remote, 40% onsite after onboarding)

Penn Medicine University City is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our academic primary care team serving a diverse patient population across West Philadelphia and surrounding regions. This role offers the opportunity to provide collaborative care alongside attending and resident physicians, manage chronic and acute visits, and grow your own patient panel. You may also precept NP students.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Manage patient messages, test results, and non-face-to-face care needs
• Document care in EHR and maintain compliance standards
• Provide patient education and support
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active PA and/or NJ CRNP license with prescriptive authority
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
