Opportunity:
Physician & Clinician - NP/PA

Job Details:
• 0.8 FTE position working with geriatric patients in offsite locations • Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Works both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others • Opportunity to join a growing team expanding onsite services to help unburden families and patients • Ideal candidate will have experience as an RN or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with elder care background • Must be comfortable working autonomously offsite with collaborating physician partner available by phone • Schedule starts at 7:00 a.m. with days typically ending around 5:00 p.m. • Involves after-hours on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays • Current licensure in Wisconsin & Minnesota required (or must apply within 3 months of hire) • Current certification in CPR required • National certification in applicable area required • Must successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice • Locations include Virginia, MN; Duluth, MN; and Superior, WI

Compensation:
