Job Details:
• Float Provider position in Family Practice, working at multiple locations including Hermantown Clinic, Lakewalk Clinic, Lakeside Clinic, Proctor Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, Main Urgent Care, West Duluth Urgent Care, and Hermantown Urgent Care • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide care independently and in collaboration with physicians • Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention • Maintain patient-centered care and contribute to a culture of staff resilience • Work alongside a collaborative team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, Nurses, Clinical Assistants, and Integrated Behavioral Health professionals • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • FTE: 0.8 • Patient Load: Estimated 16-20 patients per day • Requirements for NP: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program • Requirements for PA: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota (for NP) • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • National certification in the applicable area (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification) • Current CPR certification • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
