Certifications Required: PALS, ACLS, BLS and ATLS
Will the provider be credentialed with Insurance Carriers/ Major Payors:
Provider needs to be prior enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid: Yes What state:NC
Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
EMR/EHR system: Meditech 6.1
Patients/day: 18-20
Daily Volume: 90-100 pts
Support Staff: physician is providing solo coverage with two pa's and nursing staff - Make sure provider is comfortable in solo settings
Years of experience: 2 years
