TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide Family Practice coverage across two established clinic locations in Rich Square and Enfield, North Carolina. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, supportive clinical staff, and the potential for long-term placement.

Position Details
Job Type: Locum Tenens or Locum-to-Permanent
Specialty: Family Medicine / Primary Care
Setting: Outpatient only, all ages

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
1-hour lunch break daily
Coverage: 5 days per week preferred
Length of Assignment: 3-month intervals, extendable based on recruitment
Volume: 16–18 patients per day
Support Staff: Yes, on-site team available
Call Responsibilities: Light after-hours telephonic call; triaged by RN—provider contacted only in rare or urgent circumstances
Closed: Weekends and major holidays

Requirements
Active North Carolina medical license
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
Comfortable managing care for patients across the lifespan
Ability to meet preventive and chronic care quality metrics
Willingness to interview with leadership and provide 3 professional references
Acceptable NPDB query required
