Physician & Clinician - NP/PA - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• 0.8 FTE position with typical schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Estimated patient volume of 12-15 patients per day • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families of all ages • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care • Join a collaborative team of 12 Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Providers, and additional staff • Work alongside specialized staff including PharmD, RNs, Clinical Assistants, Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine, and a Community Health Worker • Ideal candidate will have Family Practice and Internal Medicine experience • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies required • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota required • Current BLS certification and national certification in applicable area required • Opportunity to participate in developing a high-quality, efficient service model • Promote a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
