Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families of all ages • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care • Demonstrate high-level customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues • Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Flexible FTE (0.6-1.0) available • No call responsibilities or weekend work required • New graduates welcome to apply - strong mentoring and transition to practice provided • Must maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • For NPs: Master's degree in nursing required • For PAs: Bachelor's degree in a health/science-related field required • Current CPR certification necessary • National certification in applicable area required • Successful completion of facility credentialing process prior to practice • Family Practice experience preferred

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
