Role Overview

This is a PRN position offering coverage for both day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends, giving you control over your schedule. You'll manage daily clinic operations while providing advanced clinical care in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and emergency treatment in an on-site industrial setting.
• Occupational Health: Manage case rehabilitation, return-to-work coordination, and preventative wellness programs.
• Clinic Operations: Oversee pharmacy security, medical supplies, and clinic audits.
• Leadership: Manage staff performance, track clinical metrics, and ensure compliance with global health and safety standards.
• Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency medicine, triage, or urgent care.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS/ACLS) certification.
• Strong understanding of occupational health regulations; local residency preferred for commute.
