Job Title: Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant (Primary Care, Outpatient)

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Employment Type & Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights | No weekends | No call

Job Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and mission driven Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide high quality primary care services in an outpatient setting, serving underserved and uninsured populations as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on women’s health
• Conduct full patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 20–24 patients
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dentists, and licensed clinical social workers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using established charting systems
• Deliver patient centered care within a team based care model

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Master of Science degree
• Minimum one year of work experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Rotations during training do not qualify toward required experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter
