Position Description
Nurse Practitioner – Aambe Clinical Solutions, LLC – Payson, AZ
We are seeking compassionate, patient-centered full-time and PRN Nurse Practitioners to support primary care, after-hours care, and occupational health services within our clinic network serving tribal and non-tribal community members in Payson, AZ. This role is ideal for providers who value relationship-based care, flexibility, and working within growing, mission-focused health systems.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Provide comprehensive primary care, episodic, and walk-in services for patients of all ages
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and manage chronic conditions
- Support after-hours care needs within the clinic’s designated scope and capabilities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in care planning, case review, and quality improvement initiatives
- Document care accurately in the clinic’s EMR
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational protocols
- Participate in community-education or outreach activities, when appropriate

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner in state of practice location
- Does not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction
- Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
- CPR/AED/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
- If clinical operations require writing prescriptions for controlled substances, a valid DEA license is required
- Experience in primary care, after-hours care, or community health settings
- Strong commitment to culturally respectful care and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently in a clinic environment with varying patient volumes
- Experience working with tribal communities or rural health systems
- Familiarity with social drivers of health and trauma-informed care principles
