About the Position

Join a thriving, established, authentic cash-based Functional Medicine practice in Spokane, WA. This role is ideal for a motivated NP who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, continuous professional development and building long-term patient relationships.

Our clinic focuses on Functional Medicine: Hormone therapy, GI disorders, Autoimmune disease, Endocrine disorders, Food intolerances, Mold toxicity, Lyme disease, Oncology and Regenerative therapies.

Position Summary

The NP provides patient-centered, integrative care through comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and individualized treatment planning. This role includes in-person clinic visits and telemed visits.

Essential Duties

• Provide Functional & Integrative Medicine–based patient care.
• Conduct detailed new-patient evaluations.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Develop individualized, whole-person treatment plans.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the provider team on complex medical cases.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Current WA State ARNP & RN license.
• Functional/Integrative medicine ideal or strong interest
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
• Confident in treatment planning and patient communication.
• Professionalism and dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually depending on experience.
• Production-based compensation model.
• 401K with employer match for full-time employees.

Schedule

4 days per week (approx. 32–36 hours).
