We are a long term care, skilled nursing facility for children and young adults with complex medical needs. Our residents range in age from 3yr to 47 years. All of our residents are developmentally delayed, wheelchair bound, GT feed and ventilator dependent. We are looking for a part time NP to work 2 weeks per month. This position will be in rotation with other NP's or pediatricians. The position would require the NP to come in daily on the weeks on call and review the needs of the residents. The NP would also be on call 24/7 for the week for an emergencies. The NP would work under our Medical Director.
