Position Description

A patient-centered post-acute care group in Eugene, OR is expanding its wound management team and welcomes a BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve patients across partnered Skilled Nursing Facilities.

This role offers umatched autonomy, strong training for new grads, and significant income potential.

Position Outline:

Compensation range: $125,000–$165,000 base salary.

Monthly incentive opportunities averaging $300–$6,000.

Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME, and 401(k) with employer match.

Provide dedicated wound care within Eugene-area SNFs; no nights, weekends, or call.

Join a strong network of 30+ post-acute APPs known for collaboration.
