Adult PMHNP Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time adult Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an Inpatient Hospital.

This full time, hybrid role involves providing medical evaluations and treatment of patients at facility under the supervision of a remote Medical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a remote Medical Director, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Call rotation required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), experienced with Adults.
• Active Unrestricted License in the State of Indiana.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
