Inpatient Urology Night Shift Opportunity

• Join a collaborative team working at Tacoma General / Allenmore Hospital

• Open to Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

• Work in an inpatient setting to include rounding, ED consults, inpatient consults, discharging

• First assist as needed with robotics experience is preferred

Position Summary

MultiCare Urology is seeking a nocturnist Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our well established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality urological care in an inpatient setting to include minor procedures assisting in surgery.

• Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding
• Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
• Patient & Family education
• Pre & Post Op orders
• In-basket Management
• History & Physical
• Coordinate scheduling of urgent surgeries with OR
• Respond to PerfectServe pages, calls, messages

Requirements

• WA state Nurse Practitioner license required
• WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
• BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA required
• Surgical Experience Required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $163,600.00 - $178,400.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
