Location: Birmingham, AL (Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook)

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Role Overview: As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll manage patient health, provide leadership, and ensure high-quality care delivery in convenient locations. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments.

• Developing care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

• Administering treatments, medications, and performing minor procedures.

• Coordinating patient care, including referrals and test results communication.

• Educating patients and families on health management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years NP experience, preferably in urgent care or family practice.

• Advanced clinical skills, strong teamwork, and communication abilities.

• Master’s degree in nursing, FNP certification, and valid state license.

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
