Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Gynecological Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This 36-day opportunity begins Feb 16, 2026, with day shifts from 8A-5P and a flexible four-day workweek, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GYN/ONC surgery, including the removal of malignancies, and will be comfortable managing patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform GYN/ONC surgical procedures, including laparotomy and laparoscopy for removal of malignancies
- Manage and monitor patients receiving chemotherapy, including ordering appropriate therapies
- Provide comprehensive care and follow-up for gynecologic oncology patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Additional Information
- Must be licensed in both Oregon and Washington
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Board certification in Gynecologic Oncology required
- Prior experience in gynecologic oncology surgery and chemotherapy management is essential
