We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a small, independently owned, nurse-practitioner–led family practice. This role is ideal for an NP seeking greater autonomy, a meaningful voice in clinical decisions, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients—outside of large hospital or corporate healthcare systems.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and whole-person health. Our practice prioritizes time with patients, continuity of care, and thoughtful, evidence-based decision-making tailored to each individual and family.

Requirements - Nurse Practitioner / NP

• The position requires an Idaho Nurse Practitioner license.
• A minimum of two to three years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
